Scholarship Availability
A Window Between Worlds partners with a variety of foundations, corporations, and other donors to provide leadership training and art supply scholarships to eligible domestic violence service providers. AWBW's goal is to provide scholarships to as many applicants as possible. However, there are limited scholarship funds available.

AWBW will provide scholarships for multiple leaders from the same organization only when a special need is demonstrated (i.e. large number of participants served, multiple groups per site, etc.). When applying for multiple scholarships, please submit each request separately.

Types of Scholarships
AWBW offers leadership training and art supply scholarships to new and active reporting programs serving domestic violence clients. Training scholarships range from a 25%-100% discount on training tuition. Tuition per person is $500.

Requirements
To meet the requirements of our grant funders, all agencies receiving scholarships must hold weekly art workshops and send in monthly reports for a minimum of one full year, and also must sign a Collaboration Agreement . Scholarships for active programs will be evaluated on need and strength of monthly reporting. New programs, that have not received funding at the time of training, will be eligible to apply for scholarships after three months of holding weekly art workshops and reporting in a timely manner.

Deadlines
Training scholarship applications must be received by the registration deadline. We will notify scholarship recipients of awards on the notification date indicated on the registration form of the corresponding training. AWBW must determine the amount of scholarship funding available versus the number of eligible requests by the registration deadline, therefore early notification is not possible. Please refer to the training registration for deadlines.

Art supply scholarship awards will vary due to available funding. Scholarships will be allocated on a quarterly basis.
